A Welcome to Vincent Visit

Vincent Deputy-Mayor Sue Gontaszewski toured our office and met our CEO Paul Higginbotham.

Our office and Perth clinic is now based in the City of Vincent, having previously resided in the City of Perth, and we were delighted to recently welcome Vincent Deputy-Mayor Sue Gontaszewski and provide her a tour.

The Deputy Mayor said she was “very happy to welcome Earbus to Vincent alongside the many community, social and health services that call the City home”.

“Seeing the amazing and innovative work that is happening in our community and meeting the dedicated staff and leaders of these organisations is one of my favourite parts of being a Vincent Councillor!

“The clinic supports the work of the Earbus Foundation across WA - going out into regional and remote communities to provide screening, hearing tests and treatment for Aboriginal and at-risk kids. Earbus works with communities to build relationships and trust over time - they are on the ground regularly and try to have the same team on each visit. Continuity of care has so many benefits but can be a challenge in rural and remote medicine. The dedication of the Earbus crew is helping kids reach their potential in the ever expanding list of communities they serve. Congratulations to Earbus on being a values driven organisation- it was great to meet the team and I’m so happy you’ve chosen to make Vincent your new home.”

Earbus CEO and Co-Founder Paul Higginbotham said:

“It was great to host Deputy-Mayor Sue Gontaszewski at our new offices in the City of Vincent last Wednesday and spend some time discussing Earbus' work across the wide expanses of regional WA. We already feel very at home in the City of Vincent and appreciated the warm welcome!”
