Rachel Smillie
Manager, Clinical Services

With 16 years of nursing experience in both hospital and community health settings, Rachel joined Earbus Foundation in January 2025. She has nine years of specialist Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) experience. Over the past six years, she has focused on Community Aboriginal Ear Health, coordinating Metro school screenings and ENT clinics with the Department of Health’s Child and Adolescent Health Team, and participating in WA Country Health Services (WACHS) Outreach ENT Clinics.

Rachel works collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality clinical services that effectively meet community needs. Throughout her professional career, she has built and maintained strong relationships with external stakeholders to ensure clients have access to a wide range of clinical service pathways, resources and support.

Dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children and their families, Rachel is excited to contribute to the continued success and growth of Earbus Foundation’s programs across Western Australia through compassionate and comprehensive hearing health care.
