Kassy Hayden
Outreach Coordinator

Growing up in a small town near Merredin, Kassy moved to Perth at age 7 and started working for a small family-owned business after she graduated from high school. Working within the mining industry as the Commercial Administrator, she oversaw a small team and coordinated a range of projects.

It was her role here that manifested Kassy's love of people management, client relationships, policies, procedures, coordination and operations. Because of this, she went on to do a Certificate 3 in Business Administration to further her professional development and bolster her output in the organisation.

Moving into the for-purpose sector with Earbus Foundation in 2020, Kassy commenced in the role of Office & Logistics Coordinator. Overhauling our logistics and creating a schedule and related documents around Earbus' HR and onboarding documents as well as managing a range of operational aspects of the organisation quickly made her a valued member of the team.

After single-handedly coordinating Earbus' move from Northbridge to Perth in 2021, Kassy started to take on additional tasks supporting the delivery of our outreach programs. She started in her current role of Outreach Coordinator in April 2022 and joined the Leadership Team in August 2022.
