ABOUT EARBUS
Earbus Foundation of Western Australia is a multi-award winning children’s charity established in 2013 to reduce the incidence and impact of Otitis media or middle ear disease on Aboriginal and other atrisk children.
Earbus currently works at over 100 locations across the Pilbara, Goldfields, Peel, Perth Metro, Southeast and Southwest regions of Western Australia.

To reduce the incidence of middle ear disease in Indigenous and at-risk children in Western Australia below the World Health Organization benchmark of 4%

THE POSITION
This position of ITC Data and Systems Officer works in collaboration with the Finance & HR Manager in ensuring that the hardware and software needed to support Earbus Foundation’s programs and services functions optimally at all times. The ITC Data and Systems Officer also liaises with our contracted external IT Support Service Provider to ensure continuity and availability of services during business hours for office-based and remote clinical teams.

THE ROLE
Duties include:
On site backup
a) All Best Practice software
b) All laptops
c) Off-site data management
Asset Management
a) Mobile phones
b) Office phones (Cisco SIP phones)
c) Laptops
d) Desktops
e) Printers and scanners
f) Miscellaneous IT infrastructure
Database management
a) Undertaking weekly updates to Database
b) Undertake weekly PowerBI maintenance
Some limited hardware and software administration together with the external service provider to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to our ITC and Data systems
Update and manage policies and procedures relating to ITC at Earbus Foundation
OTHER DUTIES
Staff induction and IT onboarding
Create and update instructional documentation for staff
Security risk mitigation and ongoing improvement

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
Sound practical knowledge in computer literacy Microsoft Word and Excel Database
Ubiquiti Unifi and EdgeMax network hardware (LAN, WAN, WIFI, VPN network configuration)
QNAP hardware
Office 365 (Office, Teams, Teams Rooms, Exchange online)
Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune (Android and iOS MDM, Conditional Access policies)
Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Domain Services (on-premises)
Windows Server 2016 (Active Directory, DC, Group Policy management, WSUS, DNS, DHCP, IIS,
Hyper-V, SCCM)
Cisco SIP phones
TeamViewer
HP and Lenovo computer hardware
Backup and disaster recovery
G-suite
Desirable:
Prior experience
PowerBI
SharePoint online
SQL database management
Best Practice Premier Clinical Software
Medicare PRODA systems, Medicare site security certificates, Medicare clinician provider numbers and Site ID’s
