New Earbus for Newman...!

NEW EARBUS FOR NEWMAN…!

In 2020 BHP kindly provided funding to Earbus Foundation for a new fully-equipped Earbus mobile children’s ear clinic to be based in the Pilbara township of Newman. The new Earbus Program to schools in Newman and Jigalong Community commenced mid-2020 with regular monthly visits of Nurse, Audiologist, GP and Data Entry officer.

Now the team will have a fantastic new resource to deploy. The fully customised and equipped new Earbus has been built in Perth and will be delivered to the region by road during February 2021. The artwork on the bus has been created by local Newman students and will be digitally applied to the bus prior to dispatch. The local artwork gives the Newman Earbus a distinctively local identity and makes it instantly recognisable.

The BHP Newman Earbus joins our fleet of 10 vehicles based in Kununurra, Bunbury, Paraburdoo, Kalgoorlie and Perth. Thanks and congratulations to students from South Newman Primary School whose art adorns the new vehicle.
