Meet Jenna Cooper
I am a Yamatji woman and very passionate about health. Watching my Nanna and the impact she made helping Aboriginal children both at school and culturally made me want to help my mob but in a different way. I want to be a nurse in the near future. I am honoured to work for Earbus Foundation and be part of helping Indigenous children. I realise that improving Ear Health will improve children’s chance to learn and gain a better education, as my Nana intended.
I'm hoping to build strong relationships and connections with the Elders and community members to engage them in understanding the importance and impacts Otitis media has on children’s learning and education. When not working I am mother to three beautiful children.
