Meet Nicky Linton
I am excited to join the Earbus Foundation team in 2018. I grew up in South Africa and lived in the UK and Luxembourg before completing my Audiologist training in Perth in 2005. Audiology has provided me with great opportunities, a highlight being the experience gained while providing co-ordination and clinical services to remote Indigenous communities on behalf of Ear Science Institute Australia over the last 3 years. I also enjoy lecturing on the Master of Clinical Audiology course at UWA, where I’m an Adjunct Research Fellow, and running my private practice specialising in Auditory Processing Disorder. I’ve just returned from a stint with the Remote Allied Health Corp in the Northern Territories, gaining further insight into how we can best provide audiology services in regional and remote community settings.
